Full-time virtual team members work 40 hours every week (8 hours a day, 5 working days).

Part-time remote team members work 20 hours per week (4 hours a day, 5 working days).

While we don’t typically offer flexible hours or less than 20 hours/week, we’re happy to discuss and come to an arrangement that works for your needs.

Yes, Zenius offers custom shift options to match your preferred working hours or time zone! Whether you need an early morning shift or late shift, all pre-vetted candidates will be ready to work in the required hours.

If you need to assign tasks outside of normal work hours (for example, due to an urgent deadline), overtime arrangements must be made ahead of time. Overtime must be agreed to by both you and Zenius, on a case by case basis.

Typically, our team members aren’t available on weekends. If your role needs weekend coverage, let’s discuss it case by case.

Your virtual team will be online and available for chats, calls and video meetings throughout their working hours.

While team members may not be available 24/7, we’ll work with you to find a schedule that fits your needs. In special cases, if you have unavoidable tasks and the team members are available to work, overtime arrangements can be made ahead of time.

You can communicate with your virtual team using tools like Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Chat, etc. However, we can’t allow one-to-one communication over WhatsApp due to security concerns.

Of course!

You will get detailed work reports with screenshots of your remote team’s work. You’ll be able to track their activity and ensure things are running smoothly.

We also record your team’s working hours and share monthly timesheets.

Zenius team members can navigate tools like ClickUp, Asana and Trello for task & project management.

Once your selected candidates start work, you’ll get one monthly invoice at the end of each month. No more weekly payroll hassles for you!

Yes, before onboarding your team, we ask for a security deposit, equal to one month’s fee. It’s fully refundable whenever you cancel the service.

We know every business works differently. So we provide trainable talent who can adapt to your unique workflows. Just like with any other employee, you can provide internal resources and familiarize them with your processes, tools and ways of doing business. 

On a case-by-case basis, we may offer customized training for larger teams of virtual assistants (at an additional cost).

Zenius pairs you with a reliable account manager for support queries, service requests and urgent issues related to your virtual team. 

Our recruiting process includes checks for potential issues, so such cases are rare.

However, if any performance or behavior issue does arise, you can choose to replace or remove the team member. 

After you provide us details about the performance issue, we will work together to find a replacement quickly. Your Zenius account manager will make sure productive work restarts as soon as possible!

For selected non-technical VA roles, we offer a free replacement within the first 7 days.

Also, you can replace or remove your virtual assistant anytime within the first 60 days. After that, we just need 14 days’ notice for replacement, or 30 days’ notice for removing a VA from the team.

For technical roles too, you can replace or remove team members anytime. You just need to provide notice.

For some non-technical roles, we offer free replacements in the first 7 days if the candidate isn’t the right fit. We’re committed to finding the person who works best for you in the long term.

However, if free replacements aren’t being used in good faith, we will not be able to offer further free replacements.

Yes, you can cancel the service at any time. You just need to provide notice.

We aim for long-term relationships with all our talent. But if someone leaves unexpectedly, we’ll get you a replacement quickly. Your Zenius account manager will make sure productive work restarts as soon as possible.

Zenius does not offer fully managed services. To get the most from your virtual assistants and remote talent, you’ll need to manage your project resources, timelines and team performance.

If you choose Zenius, you’ll be working with a tech-savvy professional who is efficient, highly qualified and English proficient.

Our candidates are located in India & the Philippines.

Yes. All Zenius candidates speak fluent English. They also have excellent written communication skills.

Zenius professionals work remotely from their own workspace, with their own computer and a high-speed internet connection. Every team member’s device has activity monitoring, so you can supervise their performance easily.

Your remote hires will have their own personal workspace with good computers and secure, high-speed broadband connections. They’ll also have basic equipment they need, like microphones or headphones.

However, if a role requires more sophisticated equipment or specific paid tools/software like Canva Pro, you’ll need to make the required arrangements.

Before hiring, we conduct a thorough background verification to confirm the candidates’ identity, qualifications and employment history.

All Zenius employees sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to protect client confidentiality and business information.

They also get regular training on data and internet security.
